Arrow Mail

I created a modular component system to keep Arrow Mail consistent across inbox views, conversations, compose flows, settings, and sender profiles. Familiar patterns, clear states, and restrained visual styling make each interaction easy to understand, while reusable controls reduce complexity across the product. The system supports fast scanning, focused writing, and seamless movement between everyday email tasks.

I designed Arrow Mail’s interface to adapt across different email states, from scanning the inbox and reading conversations to composing messages and managing settings. Flexible panels let users switch between focused and multitasking views without losing context. Consistent actions, clear hierarchy, and lightweight overlays keep each state familiar, helping users move through everyday tasks with minimal friction.

We designed Arrow Mail’s website to mirror the product’s calm, minimal experience while clearly communicating its key features. Clean editorial layouts, soft gradients, and generous whitespace keep the interface visuals at the centre of the story. Custom 3D scenes created in Blender add depth and personality, helping the product feel polished, approachable, and distinct without distracting from its functionality.
